By buying music on Music Tracks Library, you are consenting to be bound by this agreement.
1. Standard license
If you agree with the terms of this license, Music Tracks Library grants you a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime right to use our music with any type of Multimedia Project,
including websites, podcast, video, Flash, games, movies, animations, presentations,
softwares, music-on-hold, slide-shows, promotional CD-Roms, DVDs.
This license does not include use of our music with Broadcasting Projects, including
T.V. and radio. A Broadcast license is required for this type of usage.
This license include use of our music up to 1,000 reproductions or copies, if you need to make more
than 1,000 reproductions or copies, a mass duplication license is required.
2. Mass Duplication License
This license is required for more than 1,000 reproductions or copies.
3. Broadcast and theatrical license
This license include use of our music with Broadcasting Projects, including,
T.V., radio and theatrical performances.
4. Restrictions on use
Your are not allowed to sell our music as your own. You can't copy or re-record our
music and credit it to yourself.
5. Copyright
The Music of the Music Tracks Library, including previews remain the property of our composers.
